Wells had his first official ice cream cone for Family Home Evening on Monday. When I realized what a big milestone that is, I had to grab the camera. With a little careful tutelage from Nora, he did great! I'll never forget the look on his face when he realized that even the cone is edible! What a cutie. On a side note, Wells turned 18 months old and is now officially in the nursery at our church. He has gone a couple of times with only minor problems. Now to teach him to drink from a cup without pouring it on his pants... I couldn't help but remember Nora's first day at nursery. I thought she was such a big girl! Apparently she stood up and sang twinkle, twinkle little star for her whole class of boys. Wells just sat there an starred at the music leader with this puzzled look on his face for all of music time. I crack up everytime I try to compare the two of them- I should probably stop.

I'm the primary music person in our ward now, and when I run music time in nursery the little boys sit there and stare at me. Except Johnny - thank goodness I have my own son in there!
They are so cute!!! And, now that he is in nursery, you can attend class childless. It's a little, but much deserved, break from such a hard working mom!
Oh mi gosh! They are getting so big! I need to stop by more often!!
